Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you sell your donuts?

Currently we deliver in Bristol only, please see our delivery map here

It is FREE to BS1 & BS2 & for orders over £50, otherwise a delivery charge of £3 applies. Delivery outside of this area is possible, however a charge of £5 would apply.

How long do they keep?

All of our donuts are best enjoyed fresh and on the same day we deliver them to you. As we do not use any additives to extend their shelf life, the donuts will not be as soft, the icing/glaze might not look as good, etc. if they are kept overnight or longer. 


Apart from the donuts that contain fresh cream, curd or custard (e.g. Birthday Cake & Banoffee baked, Eton Mess, Boston Cream fried, etc.), they can be stored at room temperature in a shaded spot that is not too warm. Just keep them in the box they came in to make sure they don't dry out. 

How do I order & pay?

Our donuts are made to order, so we do not stock any for orders on short notice. 


To order: simply fill out our Order & Contact Form telling us the date & time when you want the donuts, and whether you prefer baked or fried.

To pay: We will send you a secure payment link via iZettle before delivery.

Invoices: if you require an invoice, we can send it to you via email, just let us know!

Delivery days: we currently offer limited delivery days: Thursdays for baked donuts, and Fridays (and sometimes Saturdays) for fried donuts. Please check our Instagram for updates.

Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan donuts?

Not at the moment, however we are always experimenting on new donuts and flavour combinations, so please keep checking our Instagram for any updates on this!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but we would kindly ask you to cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance. If you are paying for donuts upon delivery, this will simply mean that we do not need to procure the ingredients, so this will help us a lot. 

If your order is over £50 and you have paid in advance, cancel at least 24 hours before agreed delivery time to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before agreed delivery time, a 20% cancellation charge will apply.
